This crispy and delicious pizza and quesadilla hybrid is a quick and easy low calorie meal for anytime of the day!
Spray a pan with some non-stick cooking spray, place your tortilla on the pan and toast both sides until golden brown. Place the browned tortilla on a foil lined baking sheet for the air fryer or toaster oven. Crack one egg in the same pan you toasted the tortilla in and season with salt and pepper.
Spread some salsa on the tortilla, followed by a sprinkle of cheese of your choice, then top with the sunny side up egg. Put in the air fryer at 400 degrees until the cheese is melted to your liking. Remove from air fryer and plate your pizzadilla. Top with guacamole, crushed red pepper, and some cilantro. Enjoy!
