Bethenny’s Healthy Peanut Butter and Banana Breakfast Spread

Bethenny loves to create new and exciting ways to eat healthy without sacrificing satisfaction. This recipe is a real crowd-pleaser with this decadent breakfast spread that tastes like cake frosting only without all the added sugar and additives. Did we mention this is vegan, low in calories, and high in fiber?! It’s truly a win-win. Enjoy! 

• 1 raw banana
• A splash of Skinnygirl Vanilla Flavored Syrup (you can use your favorite flavor!)
• A dollop of vegan cream cheese
• 1 sprouted grain English muffin, toasted
• A dash of organic cinnamon 
• Blend ingredients together in a large mixing bowl using an immersion blender, or a standing blender will work as well. 
• Spread over your toast or grain of choice and serve
