• 1 raw banana
• A splash of Skinnygirl Vanilla Flavored Syrup (you can use your favorite flavor!)
• A dollop of vegan cream cheese
• 1 sprouted grain English muffin, toasted
• A dash of organic cinnamon 
• Blend ingredients together in a large mixing bowl using an immersion blender, or a standing blender will work as well. 
• Spread over your toast or grain of choice and serve
