She started her career with Hamilton Jewelers in Princeton where she developed her career to have a main focus in watches. She moved on to become a General Manager of Tourneau. A little stint at Saks Fifth Avenue as the Jewelry Manager came next. The following 13 years were spent with Tiffany & Co. as the Senior Sales Consultant for the Patek Philippe Salon. She has most recently joined Watches of Switzerland as the Director of Client Relations. In 2020, GQ Magazine named Kelly “The Gatekeeper of the Patek Philippe Tiffany Dial.”
