Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. Chia seeds
- 12 oz. filtered water
- Skinnygirl Cherry Juice (I don’t like to measure so treat it the way you might add a seasoning “to taste”)
- Skinnygirl Vanilla Syrup (or your favorite flavor!) to taste
Directions
Feel free to prep multiple servings at once. Just apply a 1 to 1 ratio, ie. 1 tablespoon chia seeds to 1 cup of water, and soak it overnight. When you are ready to consume it, add cherry juice, water and a dash of Skinnygirl Vanilla Syrup or any flavor as a sweetener. If you have a sensitive stomach, start with 1 teaspoon of chia and work your way up to a tablespoon.
