Ingredients

  • Organic vegetable broth
  • Chopped fresh asparagus
  • Salt and pepper

Directions

This is super easy to make – take organic vegetable broth, chopped fresh asparagus, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, then simmer until the asparagus is soft. Puree with an immersion or regular blender.
