Ingredients
- 2 whole-grain flatbreads
- 1/4 cup Skinnygirl™ sugar-free Cocktail Inspired Preserves – Apricot Mimosa
- 1/4 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 2 slices prosciutto, torn into pieces
- 1 tablespoon fresh sage leaves
Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Spread 2 tablespoons Skinnygirl Preserves over each flatbread then sprinkle with goat cheese
and prosciutto.
Bake 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with sage.
