This delicious snack is only three ingredients, yes, only three! Not only is this dish extremely easy to whip up, but it is low in calorie and high in fiber. It is reminiscent of a classic buffalo wing, with a fraction of the calories!

Ingredients

  • Gluten free pancake batter, mix with water
  • Low calorie buffalo sauce
  • Cauliflower, salted and peppered
  • Side

Directions

Mix gluten free pancake batter with water, stir in low calorie buffalo sauce. Add in cooked, salted and peppered cauliflower and toss. Spray foil lined pan with low calorie non-stick cooking spray, add coated cauliflower to pan, spray more spray on top. Put in oven or air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit until golden brown. Plate with a side of Skinnygirl Buttermilk Ranch and enjoy!
