This easy and healthy frozen treat will solve any sweet tooth craving! Using Bethenny’s Skinnygirl Strawberry Rosé Preserves, you will have a delicious “ice cream” with only two ingredients!

Ingredients

• 2 ripe bananas
• 2 tablespoons Skinnygirl™ sugar free Cocktail Inspired Preserves – Strawberry Rosé

Directions

Cut bananas into ½-inch thick slices. Place in an airtight container and freeze 2 hours or overnight.

Place frozen banana slices in bowl of a food processor. Process using the pulse setting until the mixture
is smooth and the consistency of soft serve ice cream; scrape sides of bowl as needed.

Add Skinnygirl Preserves and process just until preserves are blended into banana mixture. Serve
immediately.
