This five ingredient vegan dish is light and delicious, and so easy to create!

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons olive oil or vegan butter
• 2 lemons juiced
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 10 oz. vegan angel hair pasta

Directions

Heat the oil or butter 2 tablespoons with the garlic and lemon juice in a pan over medium heat, about a minute, don’t let the garlic burn. Cook for about 3-5 minutes stirring constantly, turn heat down to low.

Boil your angel hair and add the cooked pasta cooked to the lemon garlic sauce in the pan and mix with tongs trying to coat the pasta evenly, mix it up with the lemon sauce in the pan and turn off the heat. Add nutritional yeast for a cheese-like topping.
