After our last post detailing the why, what, when and how of Bethenny’s own personalized juice cleanse, we received a lot of questions asking for specific menus. If you haven’t already done so, we strongly recommend that you read the first post on her cleanse and watch her video, and then come back and read this.
Before we dive into the day-by-day menus, some principles that Bethenny shared in our last post are worth repeating here as you consider if and how you want to customize your own juice cleanse menu.
Bethenny’s 8-Day Juice Cleanse Menu
Each day, Bethenny incorporates 6 or 7 elements of juice or pureed soups. She likes to vary the flavors and textures and pays special attention to the beneficial properties of the ingredients. Because of her jam packed schedule, Bethenny frequently purchases juices, but homemade juices are just as good. Here is her simple green juice recipe.
