RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All return or exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order by
emailing us at shop@bethenny.com.
Please include:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you'd like to return or exchange
- The reason for the return/exchange
Once approved, we will email you a return shipping label.
Returned items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by the original packing slip
*If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please include a photo in your email so we
can resolve the issue quickly.
REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment
method unless there’s an issue with the return. If so, we’ll contact you via email.
Please note:
Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your card issuer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your account or card for pending transactions
- Contact your bank or card issuer

SALE ITEMS
Only regular-priced items are eligible for return or exchange. All sale or clearance items
are final sale.
EXCHANGES
Once we receive your return, exchange processing can take up to 14 business days.
A replacement order will be placed (if the item is in stock), and tracking info will be
emailed to you. If the item is sold out, we’ll notify you by email.
RETURN SHIPPING
Email shop@bethenny.com to initiate a return or exchange. We will provide a prepaid
shipping label. If the return is due to buyer’s remorse (not an error on our part), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
