Bryn (a.k.a. “Peanut”) and Bethenny made a 100% vegan, finger-licking-good peanut pie together in about 5 mins flat. Bryn didn’t think she would like it and she was literally licking the bowl after they made it.

Bethenny & Bryn’s Peanut Pie
Ingredients
- 1 cup of creamy or regular peanut butter
- 8 oz of cream cheese (can be vegan)
- 1 cup of maple syrup or 1/2 and sweeten to taste
- 2 tsp of pure vanilla extract
- Crumbled oreos
- Graham or Oreo cracker crust (storebought or homemade)
Directions
Combine peanut butter, cream cheese, maple syrup and vanilla in a bowl. Beat until smooth. Scoop filling out onto pie crust. Top with crumbled oreos. Put in fridge or freezer to set. Enjoy!
