One of Bethenny’s great passions is renovating and transforming homes with huge potential. In this project, Bethenny turned this 1945 classic colonial in Connecticut from old school into a light and airy modern luxe retreat. This gem sold in less than a month.

Bethenny preserved the original elements from the home where she could, never wasting, and being creative. She completely reimagined the flow of the space to be more open and inviting. Watch the video below for the stunning before and after photos.
