This delicious breakfast is beyond easy to whip up and is light and delicious! It also includes easy ingredients you already have at home!

Ingredients

  • Egg whites
  • Low-calorie non-stick cooking spray
  • Two low-carb tortillas
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Vegan cheese
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Salsa
  • Guacamole
  • Vegan sour cream

Directions

Froth your egg whites in a bowl with a milk frother, and set aside. Spray a frying pan with non-stick spray and add one tortilla to the pan. Pour your egg whites on top of the tortilla, season with salt and pepper, add some vegan cheese, and a sprinkle of crushed red pepper. Top with another tortilla and flip. Cook for a little bit more, then plate. Top with salsa, guacamole, vegan sour cream, and enjoy!
