Bethenny uses our Skinnygirl Balsamic Dressing in this recipe but you can use any dressing you love.
Bethenny’s Skinnygirl Balsamic Marinated Chicken Breast
Ingredients
- 1 Cup of Skinnygirl Balsamic Dressing
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
- ⅛ Teaspoon Salt
- ⅛ Teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions
Step 1 – THE MARINADE
Pour marinade over chicken breasts, making sure all areas are coated well.
Step 2 – THE CHICKEN
Heat oil in a skillet on medium. Place breasts in a skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until they have a nice caramelized color. Reduce heat and cover skillet with a lid. Cook for an additional 5-6 minutes per side.
Step 3 – THE ASSEMBLY
Plate the chicken.
