Ingredients
- 8 ounces reduced fat cream cheese, room temperature
- 3 tablespoons Skinnygirl™ Sugar Free Cocktail Inspired Preserves – Strawberry Rosé
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 8 ounces lite frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 9-inch prepared graham cracker crust
Directions
With an electric mixer, beat cream cheese, Skinnygirl Preserves and lemon juice on low speed about 2
minutes or until combined.
Gently fold in whipped topping until blended.
Pour mixture into a prepared graham cracker crust
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with fresh strawberries.
