Perfect for sipping on a hot day, this cocktail is light and refreshing with just a hint of cucumber and pomegranate.

• 1 1/2 ounces Skinnygirl Cucumber Vodka or other cucumber-flavored vodka
• 3 ounces club soda
• Splash of pomegranate juice
• Lemon wheel, for garnish

Combine the vodka and club soda over ice in a tall (highball) glass. Stir to combine. Pour a splash of pomegranate juice to top it off. Float the lemon wheel on top.
