This delicious and healthy spinach and kale artichoke dip, is vegan and packed with veggies. It is a nutrient dense version of a classic favorite!

Ingredients

  • Jar of artichoke hearts
  • Hot sauce
  • Garlic cloves
  • Bag of spinach
  • 1/4 cup of vegan mozzarella
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Vegan cream cheese
  • Vegan sour cream
  • Vegan parmesan
  • Cooking spray

Directions

Drain your artichokes and transfer to a bowl, add a dash of hot sauce, a minced garlic glove, spinach, mozzarella, salt, pepper, cream cheese, parmesan and combine with immersion blender.

Either serve cold or transfer to a baking dish and top with more mozzarella. Bake until cheese is melted and enjoy!
