- Water
- Broccoli
- Garlic
- Lemon
- Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper
Directions
Grab a pot, strainer, and a lid. Add water to the bottom of the pot with a few garlic cloves. Add broccoli to strainer and place in the pot. Put on lid and steam to your liking. Empty broccoli into an ice bath to preserve the green color and tenderness. Strain the broccoli from the ice bath and add to a serving bowl. Top with olive oil, salt and pepper to your liking, and some lemon zest. Enjoy!
