Bethenny’s newest Supermodel Salad is all about the dressing. She calls it "Chamoy Caesar," and it’s tangy, smoky, and surprisingly delicious. It’s literally just equal parts Skinnygirl Caesar dressing and Siete’s sweet and tangy chamoy (a classic Mexican sauce made with dried fruit, chiles, and lime). She didn’t even know exactly what chamoy was—just knew she loved it.

From there, this is a "use what you have" salad. Bethenny’s version: shredded romaine in a wide, shallow bowl (a pasta bowl is her salad secret), mini sweet peppers for crunch and color ("eat the rainbow"), and sugar-bomb tomatoes that probably need to be eaten before they go bad. Then she rolls up turkey slices to get nostalgic chef-salad vibes from the '70s and '80s. Seaweed ribbons and everything-bagel seasoning add texture and salty goodness. But honestly, you can swap the turkey for leftover chicken, use cucumbers instead of peppers, or whatever veggies you have on hand. Just don't skip the Chamoy Caesar dressing—it's officially insane.

Ingredients:

  • Skinnygirl Caesar dressing
  • Siete Sweet & Tangy Chamoy sauce
  • Romaine lettuce, cut or shredded
  • Mini sweet peppers, sliced
  • Sugar bomb tomatoes (or any baby tomatoes)
  • Rolled turkey slices (or protein of your choice)
  • Everything-bagel seasoning
  • Seaweed sheets, cut into ribbons

Instructions:

  1. First, make the Chamoy Caesar dressing. Mix equal parts Skinnygirl Caesar dressing and Siete Chamoy sauce in a small bowl. Taste it and adjust if needed.
  2. Shred your romaine lettuce and put it into a wide, shallow bowl. (We're obsessed with these.)
  3. Slice mini sweet peppers into colorful rounds, then cut baby tomatoes in half. Add them on top of the lettuce.
  4. Roll up your turkey slices for that old-school chef salad feel, or just throw in whatever protein is in your fridge.
  5. Drizzle generously with your Chamoy Caesar dressing.
  6. Sprinkle everything-bagel seasoning for crunch and flavor.
  7. Top with thin strips of seaweed. (Trust Mother.) Toss gently, then eat immediately.
