When attending the University of Michigan, Susan lived and studied abroad in London. While living in London, she traveled all throughout Europe where her love for travel began. After college Susan earned her J.D. at Chicago Kent College of Law and practiced law for 8 years as a prosecutor. FAVORITE TRAVEL MEMORY
My favorite trips are the ones I take with my family. I love spending time with my family on vacation, making memories, and experiencing new adventures together. One of my favorite trips was when my husband and I took our daughters to London, Paris, and the South of France because I loved seeing the world through my children’s eyes. However, I do love beach destination trips because it’s a time to unwind and reconnect as a family.
FAVORITE DESTINATION
My favorite domestic destination is Aspen. I love the fresh air, all the outdoor activities (summer and winter), and the town is filled with great restaurants and shopping. My favorite cities are New York and Paris because they provide so much culture, have great shopping, hotels, restaurants, museums, parks, and history. I love the Caribbean for it’s crystal blue waters, sunsets, and laid back atmosphere.
WHY I LIKE TO TRAVEL
I love to travel because it inspires me. I love experiencing different places, people, and cultures. Travel provides education, compassion and inspiration to me. The more I see and experience, the more I want to see and experience.
