Bethenny’s Greek yogurt era is officially here. This lettuce wrap isn’t just a snack—it’s a moment. And like most of her supermodel creations, it starts with a craving, a little kitchen improv, and a satisfying combo of everyday ingredients you can usually find in your fridge. "I think Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner are actually shaking in their boots," Bethenny jokes.

The base is a thick, herbacious Greek yogurt spread, seasoned like a dip you’d bring to a party (which you could totally do) but spooned into a romaine leaf instead. Then comes shaved turkey, chopped roasted red peppers, a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning and a bit of light feta to finish it off. Let your heart (or your hunger) guide how much you schmear—just don’t forget a little on top to hold everything together.

This one is crisp, creamy, salty and a little spicy. You'll throw it together in five minutes, eat it standing up, and suddenly feel like you're "the queen of the universe."

Ingredients

  • 1–2 large romaine leaves

  • 2–4 slices organic shaved turkey

  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons crumbled light feta (optional)

  • Chopped roasted red peppers

  • Everything bagel seasoning

Seasonings for yogurt spread:

  • Basil (fresh or dried)

  • Crushed red pepper flakes

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion powder

  • Paprika

  • Parsley or other green herbs

  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with salt, pepper, and any seasonings you like—Bethenny uses basil, crushed red pepper, garlic and onion powder, paprika and parsley.

  2. Taste and adjust.

  3. Lay romaine leaves flat and spread a generous schmear of the yogurt mixture on each.

  4. Layer with shaved turkey and schmear a little extra yogurt on top (because "we’re not animals").

  5. Add chopped roasted red peppers.

  6. Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning on top.

  7. Add a pinch of light feta, if that's part of your story.

  8. Eat immediately. Accept that Bella Hadid’s agent is probably shaking.
