Bethenny’s Greek yogurt era is officially here. This lettuce wrap isn’t just a snack—it’s a moment. And like most of her supermodel creations, it starts with a craving, a little kitchen improv, and a satisfying combo of everyday ingredients you can usually find in your fridge. "I think Gigi Hadid and Kendall Jenner are actually shaking in their boots," Bethenny jokes.
The base is a thick, herbacious Greek yogurt spread, seasoned like a dip you’d bring to a party (which you could totally do) but spooned into a romaine leaf instead. Then comes shaved turkey, chopped roasted red peppers, a sprinkle of everything bagel seasoning and a bit of light feta to finish it off. Let your heart (or your hunger) guide how much you schmear—just don’t forget a little on top to hold everything together.
This one is crisp, creamy, salty and a little spicy. You'll throw it together in five minutes, eat it standing up, and suddenly feel like you're "the queen of the universe."
