Bethenny never met a snack she couldn't zhuzh up. Case in point: this Supermodel Chocolate Pudding, inspired by (okay, borrowed from) her daughter's stash of sugar-free pudding cups. Bethenny’s supermodel snacks are all about turning something basic into something fabulous and healthy, and this creamy, protein-packed treat does exactly that. The magic here is combining rich chocolate pudding with zero-sugar yogurt—because more protein is always better, duh—and a frozen banana that's just thawed enough to get silky-smooth and chilly. Feeling extra? Toss in minuscule chocolate chips and slivered almonds for crunch and even more protein. If you're really living, a splash of banana extract kicks up the flavor another notch. (That's totally optional—your kitchen, your rules.) Customize it however you like with coconut flakes, granola, berries, or other mix-ins. Bonus points if you serve it in cute parfait cups, because according to Bethenny, great snacks deserve to look just as good as they taste.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 container sugar-free chocolate pudding
  • 1/2 container plain zero-sugar Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 frozen banana, slightly thawed
  • Minuscule chocolate chips
  • Slivered almonds (optional, but Bethany-approved)
  • Tiny splash banana extract (optional, for extra banana-ness)

Instructions:

  1. Scoop half of a sugar-free chocolate pudding cup into a bowl. (Use the whole cup if you’re making two servings.)
  2. Mix in half a container of plain zero-sugar Greek yogurt for extra creaminess and protein. Again, double up and use the whole container if you’re making this for two.
  3. Slightly thaw your frozen banana, then mash and stir into the pudding-yogurt mixture until smooth. (Feel free to use an immersion blender if you want it super silky.)
  4. If you’re going big, add a tiny splash of banana extract to amp things up even more.
  5. Fold in minuscule chocolate chips and slivered almonds, or any of your favorite extras.
  6. Serve chilled in adorable parfait cups, because snacks should be cute.
